Cousins & Cousins, an award-winning London design studio founded in 2012, is dedicated to crafting exceptional residences, workplaces, and spaces. Led by husband and wife duo Ben and Jelena Cousins, a busy studio of architects and interior designers focus on the use of materials, light, and detail to craft buildings and interiors that enhance the well-being of their occupants, and are as beautiful to look at as they are to live and work in.
Having worked with Gal and Tania for over a decade and helping to design and deliver many of their sector-leading residences and workplaces, Cousins & Cousins have joined forces to design a unique brand combining the best-in-class attributes of co-work and co-live, with a focus on hospitality, service and a consistent identity. "We aspire to make Nu:per residents feel like they are arriving home – every time they arrive at a new location. With nearly 30 year long career in real estate hotel sector, Saar is in charge of Colliers Hotel Capital Markets team in the UK. Saar has advised on over £12bn worth of hotel disposals, acquisitions, funding and asset management deals across both Western and Eastern Europe as well as the UK to investors, lenders, developers and operators including Blackstone, Cerberus, Starwood Capital, Goldman Sachs, PPHE, Fairmont Raffles International, Kier, Leonardo Hotels, Round Hill Capital, and many others.
Saar has extensive experience in negotiating hotel occupational leases, franchises and management agreements. He advised on numerous mixed use real estate developments including co-living, AirBnB models and alternative real estate investment strategies.
